Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RB Dynamics LLC (“RB Dynamics,” “we”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit rbdynamics.us or submit an inquiry.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit the inquiry form or contact us, we collect identifiers and contact information (name, organization, business email, phone number), the details of your request (requirements, quantities, location, dates, solicitation reference), and any files you attach.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and pages viewed. This website does not currently set cookies other than those strictly necessary for its operation, and it does not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. Fonts are hosted on this website, so no font requests are sent to third parties.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to review and respond to inquiries; prepare quotations, proposals, and related documentation; administer and fulfill orders and contracts; communicate with you; maintain business and contract records; secure and improve this website; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate this website and process inquiries (such as hosting, email, and form-processing providers), with government agencies when required in connection with a solicitation, award, or contract, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property, and in connection with a merger, sale, or similar business transaction.

4. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Because we do not engage in these practices, browser opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control do not change how we handle your information.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet contract, recordkeeping, tax, and legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Texas, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To submit a request, email Contact@rbdynamics.us with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or call (346) 537-3414. We may verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we hold. You may use an authorized agent with written permission. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by 45 days where the law permits. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to your appeal within 60 days. You may also contact your state attorney general.

8. Notice at Collection (California)

In the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers, commercial information (details of your requests and orders), internet or network activity information, and professional information (such as your organization) for the business purposes described above. We retain this information as described in the Retention section, and we do not sell it or share it as defined by California law.

9. Information in Government Solicitations

Information you include in materials related to a government solicitation may be disclosed to the issuing agency and may be subject to public-information laws such as the Freedom of Information Act or the Texas Public Information Act.

10. Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for business and public-sector users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party websites, such as government portals. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the most recent revision.
